Returns
At the moment we do not offer exchanges on Hugga products.
Hugga returns must be requested within 10 days of purchase. All items must be returned in original packaging and in unworn condition with original tags attached.
Please note that we do not accept returns on final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All refunds will be applied back to the original payment method.
If the return does not meet these requirements, we reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise. Denied returns will not receive a refund and will be forfeited.
