Cherie Mathews, an Austin-based WBE and CEO of Healincomfort, has been chosen as a finalist for the Global Woman Inspirational Award presented by Global Woman in collaboration with the Inspirational Awards for Women. The winners will be announced at the Global Woman Summit in New York on July 14th.

She was chosen because of her remarkable work with helping women who have undergone mastectomy surgery heal in comfort and dignity using her patented post-operative garment. Cherie is a breast cancer survivor herself and decided to turn her bad experience into a positive one for the women and men battling breast cancer.
