Each breast cancer shirt is made from (super soft) moisture management materials to help keep you dry and comfortable during your recovery. Velcro-like fasteners for easy dressing when movement is difficult, and four internal pockets to help manage the mastectomy drains. The healincomfort breast cancer shirt comes in two colors (pink and light blue).
Waist tie-around pouch to help manage mastectomy drains when you are able to wear your regular clothing.
Designed to help manage the drains while showering – leaving your hands free, allowing for privacy and independence.
Written to help prepare you for that “first look” after your breast cancer surgery.

About Your healincomfort Shirt:
The healincomfort shirt is available in four sizes:
Small, Medium, Large, XL
Choose your size carefully because the healincomfort shirt is considered medical issue and there are no refunds permitted. This ensures that you will be the first person to put it on.
The need for the healincomfort shirt begins the day the patient is discharged from the hospital. Ordering two healincomfort shirts will allow the patient to remain comfortable while the first shirt is in the wash.
Wash your shirt first before wearing – it only gets softer 
The healincomfort shirt come in a light blue or pink.
Roomy size accommodates the patient’s need for privacy, with a fit similar to a men’s regular T-Shirt. I am 127 5’6″ and I wear a small.
The healincomfort Kit is designed to make your recovery from mastectomy or upper-body surgery more comfortable. The healincomfort Kit was developed by breast cancer survivor/thriver Cherie B. Mathews after her own frustrating experience recovering from breast cancer surgery.
Included in all healincomfort Post-Op Recovery Kits:
- A pink or blue healincomfort post op shirt
Helpful for your post op recovery, Dr. visits, radiation, chemo, sleeping and daywear. - The healincomfort drain pouch.
The healincomfort drain pouch is VERY HELPFUL to manage the drains after you can wear regular clothing. - Additionally, all kits come with a shower lanyard
Designed to leave your hands free while taking a shower vs pinning them to the shower curtain etc. - You’ll also receive a copy of “My Shadow Story” To help you prepare for the “first look”.

Here are 10 helpful hints before and after surgery.
- Read “My Shadow Story”
- Order your heal in comfort post operative kit.
- Use a bed wedge when you get home or reclining chair.
- Use the shower lanyard for hands free shower when your Dr. gives OK.
- Move items that you will need to a lower location, no reaching over your head.
- Use your healincomfort shirt for post op visits say no to paper capes.
- Use the drain pouch to help manage the drains.
- Stay away from germs! (see below for helpful links)
- Read only positive information, bathe your mind in positive confessions.
- Surround yourself with ONLY POSITIVE people. Listen to happy music
- Eat healthy foods, Sleep 8 hours, mild exercise-short walks, a little sun.
- LOOK FOR YOUR SHADOW.
- Ok I’m not a germaphobe BUT if you’re in treatment it is VERY important to stay as germ free as possible so I found some helpful links in Prevention Magazine for you.
